1 L’Incomparable Diamond NecklaceL’Incomparable Diamond Necklace created by Lebanese jeweller Mouawad has grabbed the first spot in the list of most expensive jewellery pieces in the world. First unveiled at the Doha Jewellery and Watch Exhibition in 2013, L’Incomparable features world’s largest internally flawless diamond as its centre-piece. The 407ct yellow triolette-cut gem is attached to a rose gold chain adorned with a further 91 white diamonds weighing more than 200cts, and arranged in an asymmetrical design that recalls the leaves of a vine. The L’Incomparable Diamond Necklace has an estimated price of $55 million.
2 The Graff PinkThe Graff Pink is considered as one of the rarest diamonds in the world. Graff Pink has a perfect rectangular step cut with rounded corners and is today mounted on a platinum ring, flanked by shield-shaped diamonds on either side. Private collector Laurence Graff purchased the $46.2 million worth of The Graff Pink, priced at $1.85 million per carat, from its famous creator, American jeweller Harry Winston, in 2010.
