Made with silk worm pupas, this is a popular delicacy in Assam. The prime ingredient, the eri silkworm is used after it has left it's cocoon. This dish is usually served with "Khorisa" which is another exotic dish in Assam.

This unusual dish also known as Chaprah is one of the most bizarre dishes made in India. This dish is prepared with ants and their eggs. The ants are dried and then crushed with salt, sweeteners and spices. It is so sharp and spicy that it can set your tongue on fire. Ants contain formic acid which is believed to render medicinal qualities.
3 Baby Shark Curry
This pricey delicacy is prepared using different sauces and can be savoured in Goa and also the northern parts of Kerala. This cuisine tastes more or less like any other fish curry.
